The PSN Will Be Down… But Don’t Panic

Now before I get into this, do not have a network mental breakdown. The online services on PlayStation Network will be down tomorrow for around 14 hours. According to the PlayStation Blog, the folks at Sony will be doing some “routine maintenance” on the network for around half a day tomorrow. During this time gamers will be unable to do the following:

• PlayStation Store on PS3 & PSP
• Log Into PSN (Most Users)
• PlayStation Network Account Management
• PlayStation Network Account Registration
• Online Play On Most Games

So in basic terms this means most of you will not be able to log in to your PSN account tomorrow. There will be some games that will be available for online play but they will be very limited. Gamers will just have to resist the urge to play games like Battlefield 3 or COD online for a day. No need for panic.
